Set Up Your HealthPathways Individual Account

The way healthcare professionals access HealthPathways has changed. As of 13 May 2025, HealthPathways users can register for their own individual account. From 1 July 2025, shared logins will no longer be accepted. 

How to Create a HealthPathways Individual Account

  1. Visit HealthPathways.
  2. Click the "Sign in or register" button. (Note if you are automatically logged in via your shared account, click on the banner on the HealthPathways homepage and follow the prompts to register for an individual account). 
  3. Click "Register".
  4. Enter your personal information and email address (this cannot be a shared practice email).
  5. Complete your registration, including:
    - name of your primary practice
    - postcode of your primary practice
    - professional registration number and registering body
    - a password minimum of 8 characters.
  6. You will receive an email once your registration has been approved.
  7. Log in to HealthPathways using your new individual account.

New Features 

CPD Tracking 

HealthPathways now makes it easier to log CPD hours. Time spent in the system is automatically recorded, and you can add reflections to track your professional development. Reports can be personalised with self-directed learning notes, making it simple to generate activity reports. 

Smart Search - Faster More Precise Searches (AI powered)  

Find the detail you are looking for not just the page that contains the detail. Accepts medical and common abbreviations, mistypings and incomplete terms. 

Access Multiple HealthPathways Sites with a Single Login

Learn how to request access to other HealthPathways sites using your individual account.

Improved Privacy and Security

Your account will provide a private and secure login, allowing you to manage your own details, including password updates. Only anonymised and aggregated usage data is collected to support quality improvements.  For more, visit the Terms of Use and Privacy
