NSW Health has COVID-19 resources available in over 60 languages including Arabic, Chinese (simplified), Filipino Tagalog, Hindi, Italian, Maltese and Spanish. The Department of Health has also made a variety of translated resources available, and their site also has the option to view COVID-19 pages in languages other than English.

GPs can contact NSW Health to refer or escalate patient care:
- National Coronavirus Helpline on 1800 020 080. This line operates 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (including public holidays) with additional options for priority groups.
- If emergency assessment is needed, call 000 arrange ambulance transfer to the nearest emergency department, ensuring notification of COVID-positive status.
