Using My Health Record
Once your organisation has completed the registration and set-up steps to connect to the national My Health Record system, your organisation will be able to start using the My Health Record system features that are available in your clinical software.
Training
All staff using the My Health Record system must partake in training before they are authorized to use the system. See Recommended My Health Record Training for more information.

Viewing Clinical Documents in My Health Record
Uploading a Shared Health Summary
A shared health summary can be uploaded when there are any significant changes to the patient's record. For example, a new diagnosis or medication.
Advance Care Planning on My Health Record
Patients have the ability to upload their own Advance Care Planning documents to their My Health Record. Alternatively, practices using Best Practice have the capability of uploading a patient’s Advance Care Plan to My Health Record from within the software.
