Board Committees
Clinical Governance Committee
The role of the Clinical Governance Committee is to assist the Board in fulfilling its corporate governance responsibilities in regard to clinical governance. Committee members are:

Finance, Audit and Risk Management Committee
The role of the Finance, Audit and Risk Management Committee is to assist the Board to fulfill its fiduciary and corporate governance responsibilities relating to financial reporting, internal control structures, risk management and compliance systems, internal audit and external audit. Committee members are:

Governance & Nominations Committee
The role of the Governance and Nominations Committee is to assist the Board in fulfilling its corporate governance responsibilities in relation to Board appointments and diversity; Board & CEO succession, remuneration and performance; AGM processes; review of governance documents; and Director induction and continuing development. Committee members are:

Primary Health Insights
Primary Health Insights (PHI), is a storage and analytics platform, which hosts the de-identified health data of most Primary Health Networks (PHNs) across Australia. PHI brings together industry leading data security, rigorous data governance and privacy, advanced analytics, and primary health informatics experts from PHNs to improve population health outcomes for all Australians.
