My Health Record for specialists
My Health Record assists specialists in improving clinical care and providing better coordinated care for their patients. The use of a digital health platform such as My Health Record will help provide safe and easy access to key health information, support better clinical decision making, and provide consistency in documentation.
By using My Health Record, specialists can access an individual's shared health summary, discharge summaries, pathology and diagnostic imaging reports, event summary, and prescription and dispensary records.
