Introducing our Statement of Business Ethics

We are proud to introduce our Statement of Business Ethics that formally sets out our expectations - and our responsibilities - in the relationships we form with the many organisations we interact with.

These relationships are founded on a mutual understanding that business will be conducted in an environment of trust, the highest ethical standards, and in compliance with laws and regulations.

We understand the community’s high expectations of us in regards to ethical standards and the protection of the funds we receive. Ethical Practice is one of our core values and has long underpinned our work as an organisation. This document simply formalises this commitment and transparently sets out how we do business, and what we expect of other organisations when we do business.

These ethical principles are not an additional requirement, they are an integral part of our commercial practice which help to deliver our vision to improve the health and wellbeing of the people living in our community.

We expect all our partners to work with us in promoting Ethical Practice, but also in encompassing our other core values of Respect, Quality, Collaboration and Continuous Improvement.
