Christmas Closure 2023

We are closed for the holiday period from midday Thursday, 21 December 2023 until 9:00am on Tuesday, 2 January 2024.

Over the Christmas period, our Psychological Therapy Services (including the SOS Suicide Prevention Service) will be closed for referrals from 5:00pm Wednesday 20 December 2023 and will re-open at 9:00am on Tuesday, 2 January 2024.

Any patient with or without a referral can contact the Suicide Call Back Service on 1300 659 467 for phone or video support. The patient’s GP will need to call the SOS Intake Line when our office re-opens to make a referral for face-to-face support.

The Head to Health mental health support line, 1800 595 212, is open Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (closed on public holidays). For those in the Penrith area, the Head to Health Centre located at 111 Henry Street, is open every day, including public holidays, for walk in mental health support from 1:30pm - 9:00pm except Tuesdays, when it is open 1:00pm - 5:00pm.

The Penrith Urgent Care Clinic is open 8:00am - 8:00pm every day, including public holidays, and is located in Our Medical, near Penrith Homemaker centre. To see what other health services are available in our region over this holiday period visit DoctorClosed.com.au
